These Text Messaging Terms govern the text message (SMS) program operated by Ironstrand Capital Management, LLC ("Ironstrand," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

Ironstrand sends text messages about your loan application, loan servicing, payment reminders, and account updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

You may opt in by checking the text message consent box on our loan application or by giving verbal consent when speaking with our team by phone. Opting in is optional, and your consent is not a condition of any loan or service.
3. Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your loan activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, for the mobile number you provide.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy [link]. No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when they were last revised.
